Criminal Behaviour Order hearing at City of London Magistrates' Court.

Dear Brook Greeners, 

PCs Sutch and Locking are at court today seeking a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) against one of the frequent drinkers on Brook Green. A CBO can be applied for after someone is convicted of a criminal offence. It puts requirements on someone's behaviour. We are asking for conditions to restrict his drinking and ban him from Brook Green. This is in addition to the work we have been doing with other agencies to support him in turning away from alcohol. 

This is our third attempt: the first was not heard by the court; the second was adjourned to today. PC Sutch has spent days working on the case to present to the magistrates today with many of you having helped by providing accounts of the impact of the behaviour. 

I hope to be able to give you a positive outcome by the end of the day.
